The Startup Module is designed to cater specifically to the needs of startups registered with the Government of Rajasthan's iStart programme. It provides a comprehensive suite of features and functionalities to facilitate their participation in the TalentConnect. Here are the key features and interactions in this module
Job Posting: Startups can post job openings on the platform. They can provide detailed descriptions of the roles, including the required qualifications, skills, experience, job responsibilities, and other relevant information. This feature allows startups to reach a wide pool of potential candidates.
Candidate Search and Selection: Startups can search the candidate database using various filters such as skills, qualifications, experience, location, etc. They can view candidate profiles, which include details such as their resume, skills, qualifications, experience, and a video CV if available. Based on this, they can shortlist and select suitable candidates for their job openings or projects.
Application Management: Startups can manage the applications they receive for their job postings and projects. They can track the status of each application, schedule interviews, and communicate with the candidates through the platform.
