Introducing TalentConnect, is a flagship digital initiative by the Government of Rajasthan under its startup mission iStart Rajasthan, designed to strengthen the state’s employment ecosystem and bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
Launched as part of Rajasthan’s vision to empower startups and job seekers, TalentConnect serves as a comprehensive online platform that connects startups,studentand job seekers on a single integrated interface.
The TalentConnect will be structured into several modules, each designed to cater to the specific needs and interactions of the different stakeholders. Here's a breakdown of the modules and the interactions that stakeholders will be performing:
The Startup Module is designed to support startups registered under the Government of Rajasthan’s iStart programme, enabling them to efficiently manage their hiring and project requirements through the TalentConnect platform.
This module provides a comprehensive and user-friendly interface for talent discovery, recruitment management, and candidate engagement, ensuring a streamlined and transparent hiring process.
Job Posting: Startups can publish job openings with detailed information on roles with job Descriptions like- required qualifications, skills, experience, and responsibilities, enabling access to a wide pool of potential candidates.
Candidate Search and Selection: Startups can search and filter candidates based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Detailed candidate profiles, including resumes and additional credentials (documents), support effective shortlisting and selection.
Application Management: The platform enables startups to manage applications efficiently by tracking application status, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates through an integrated system.
Feedback and Scoring System: Startups can provide structured feedback on candidates. A standardized scoring mechanism supports informed decision-making and promotes transparency in the recruitment process.

The Job Seeker Module is designed to support individuals actively seeking employment opportunities by providing a structured and user-friendly interface within the Talent Connect platform.
It enables job seekers to create professional profiles, explore relevant opportunities, and manage their applications efficiently, ensuring seamless interaction with potential employers.
Profile Creation: Job seekers can create and update comprehensive profiles, including details of their skills, qualifications, experience, and career preferences. They can also upload resumes and additional credentials for better visibility.
Job Search: The platform allows job seekers to search for opportunities using filters such as job role, skills, location, and experience, helping them identify suitable openings aligned with their profile.
Job Application and Tracking: Job seekers can apply for jobs directly through the platform, track application status, receive interview notifications, and communicate with employers in an integrated manner.
Job Alerts: Personalized job alerts enable users to receive timely notifications about new opportunities matching their preferences, ensuring they do not miss relevant openings.
