The Government of Rajasthan provides the TalentConnect platform as a service to facilitate connections between startups, job seekers, academia, corporates, and recruitment agencies. However, we are not involved in the actual transactions between users of the Services. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.

We are not to be considered an employer with respect to your use of the Services, and we shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on the Services.

In addition, we are not responsible for any disputes or disagreements between you and any third party you interact with using the Services. You assume all risk associated with dealing with third parties. You agree to resolve disputes directly with the other party. You release the Government of Rajasthan of all claims, demands, and damages in disputes among users of the Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Jaipur, India.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Government of Rajasthan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms of Use.

14. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Government of Rajasthan, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
